Do you receive any of the following?
- Universal Credit
- Income Support
- Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
- Income-based Jobseekers Allowance
- Guaranteed element of State Pension
Or are any of these applicable to you?
- Receive Child Tax Credit, and have an annual income less than £16,190
- Receive Working Tax Credit, and have an annual income of less than £16,190
- Care for a looked after child
- Have an adopted child
- Have a child who receives Disability Living Allowance (DLA) in their own right
- Have a child looked after by the Local Authority
